Kingswood Court is not on any maps! Its not on the City of Gainesville Map; its not on Google Maps; its not on MapQuest; its not on Microsoft Maps; and, Yahoo never heard of us. By all accounts, our little part of the world does not exist. We are an extension of the 5300 block of 8th Ave, only on the North side, therefore, we all have even number addresses. Regardless, here is a Google Map that has been edited to locate our entrance.
Kingswood Court comprises 10 homes consisting of 5 duplex town homes tucked under a canopy of trees and built around a cul-du-sac. As you enter the cul-de-sac, there are two buildings on the left (South side) and these are two bedrooms, two baths units each with a garage. On the right (North side) there are three buildings all with three bedrooms, two baths, and no garages. There are two parking spaces assigned to each unit and a few guest parking spaces scattered here and there.
If you're looking for the cross-streets, we are located at the intersection of 8th Ave and Newberry Road, about a mile east of Interstate 75 and near the Oaks Mall.
